Public Service – Kenny Lieux for Vermilion Municipal Judge
Throughout his career, Kenny Lieux has demonstrated a strong commitment to public service both inside and outside the courtroom.
He has served as Acting Judge in the Vermilion and Elyria Municipal Courts, and as an arbitrator for the Lorain County Common Pleas Court, helping to resolve legal disputes fairly and efficiently. Beyond the bench, Kenny contributes his time as a Board Member of the Lorain County Metroparks, and as a member of the Lorain County Corrections Planning Board.
Kenny also served as Chairman of the Vermilion Civil Service Commission, appointed by Mayor Eileen Bulan and Mayor Jim Forthofer, and was a member of the Legal Ethics and Grievances Committee for the Lorain County Bar Association.
His public service extends to youth mentorship as a volunteer coach for Firelands/SAFU youth soccer—a reflection of his belief in supporting the next generation.
Kenny’s broad experience in community leadership, legal ethics, and public policy underscores his lifelong dedication to serving Vermilion and the surrounding townships of Brownhelm, Vermilion, and Florence with integrity and care.
